If your ZARIMI product has a defect in product material within the warranty period, ZARIMI Support will repair or replace the defective part.
Warranty Duration
All ZARIMI cleaning devices are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

3.Non-functioning power supply or motor issues not caused by external damage

1.Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
2.Unauthorized repairs or modifications
