Warranty Information

All ZARIMI® products come with a limited warranty from the date of purchase when utilized for normal and intended household use and purchased from authorized sellers*. If your ZARIMI product has a defect in product material within the warranty period, ZARIMI Support will repair or replace the defective part. 

Warranty Duration
All ZARIMI cleaning devices are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered
1.Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship
2.Faulty internal components under normal use
3.Non-functioning power supply or motor issues not caused by external damage

What’s Not Covered
1.Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
2.Unauthorized repairs or modifications
3.Accidental damage, water exposure (beyond rated waterproof levels), or physical breakage
4.Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, fading, worn brushes)

Warranty Claim Process
1.Contact our Support Team with your order number and a description of the issue.

2.Our team will assess the case and may request photos or a short video.

3.If eligible, we will offer a free repair, replacement, or refund based on the situation.
